Trendtroop by Two sister - Customer Purchase Guidelines


At Trendtroop by Two Sister, we aim to provide our customers with an easy and worry-free shopping experience. Please review the following terms and conditions before finalizing your purchase.


Order Confirmation & Processing

Order Confirmation: After placing an order on our site, please allow up to 2 days for us to confirm it. This is due to our partnership with Shopify, which helps manage our orders.


Order Processing: Once confirmed, your order will be processed within 2 to 4 days.


Shipping: After processing, your order will be dispatched through our shipping partner, which typically takes 7 to 15 days to reach your delivery address, depending on your location.


Cancellation Policy

Should you decide to cancel your order, please do so within 48 hours of placing it. You can easily initiate the cancellation by emailing us at trendtroopofficial4@gmail.com.


Please note, a 4% processing fee will be deducted from your refund amount for eligible cancellations due to payment gateway charges.


Return & Refund Information

We do not offer cash refunds. Returns are only accepted in specific situations:


Manufacturing Defects: If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect and any product defectcontact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.


Condition of the Item: The returned item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging, with all tags still attached.


If a return is authorized, the item must be shipped back to us at the customer’s expense. Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will offer either a replacement or store credit.


Exchange Policy

We provide Exchanges under these following conditions:


Manufacturing Defect and Product Defect: We provide EXCHANGE SERVICES if the product is defective or damaged. This concern should be reported to us within 12 hours of receiving the product through email trendtroopofficial4@gmail.com 

 


New Order Requirement: To complete an exchange, a new order must be placed on our website.

Using Store Credit: Any store credit received from an approved return can be used toward your new purchased . 


Return Process

Request a Return: Email us with your order details and reason for returning the item.


Return Shipping: Once the return is approved, we will provide the return address. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.


Store Credit: After we inspect the returned item, we will issue store credit to your account or send it to your email.
